CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE WORK OF THE CONFERENCE:

Cost of participation in the symposium " School stomatology: a status and ways of development " (for stomatologists, dentists and tooth mechanics): the members of the STAR - 500 rubles, for not members of the STAR - 1000 rubles. For the students, clinical оrdinators and post-graduate students - 100 rubles. The cost of a single ticket - 300 rubles.
The cost of participation in "The First East - European Congress of the chiefs of stomatological business " (In the frames of " Russian Dental International " and FDI) - 3450 rubles (for two days)

The cost of participation in the VI All-Russian Congress "Dental implantology " (In the frames of "Russian Dental International" and FDI) - for one day 2850 rubles, for two days - 5700 rubles.

For the participants of the conference the GALA - supper is stipulated. The cost of GALA - supper is not included in the registration payments which have been mentioned above. The cost of synchronous translation at the sessions of the Congress Russian Dental International Days into/from Russian / English languages is included in the registration payment.

ATTENTION!
Quantity of places for participation in "The First East - European Congress of the chiefs of stomatological business" and "The VI All-Russian Congress with the international participation: "Dental implantology", held in the frames of "Russian Dental International" and FDI is limited.

The participants of the Congresses in the frames of "Russian Dental International Days" and FDI are provided with a folder of the participant with the right of visiting only the concrete congress and free-of-charge visiting of the exhibition "STOMATOLOGICAL SALOON".
The lecturers are provided with the free-of-charge participation in the work of the conference in whole on the conditions of preliminary registration without supplying with a set of materials for the participants of the congress.

1. Payment for the participation in the symposium " School stomatology: the status and ways of development" may be made as by the clearing settlement on the bank properties of the STAR, and cash at registration (incoming warrant is given).

Attention of the chiefs and chief accountants!

At the registration of the payment assignments(orders) in the line “purpose of payment” it is necessary to specify: " Target financing " (participation in the conference), the VAT is not taxed. At the other formulation the money will be returned to the payer.

2. Payment for the participation in " The First East - European Congress of the chiefs of stomatological business. Clinics. Booking of hotel

The payment for hotel accommodation "TOURIST" (without payment for booking) can be made only by clearing settlement. The payment for residing in hotels "BAYKAL" and " HOUSE OF MEDICAL WORKER " is made only for cash.

The prices are specified on 28.11.05.

The applications for booking under the clearing settlement are necessary for directing till April 06, 2006 to the company "STB-Тurs" in writing by fax +7 (495) 789 87 99 or email dasha@stbtours.ru with the indication of the name of hotel, dates of arrival/departure, surnames, quantity and name of a category of rooms, wish on a meal, form of payment, telephones / faxes.

The confirmation of booking of the rooms is carried out proceeding from real presence of hotel reservations on the moment of reception of the application.

The payment of reserved and confirmed rooms is made on the basis of the accounts SLR "STB-Тurs" under the clearing settlement within 3 days from the moment of reception, or credit card.

The participant paid account for residing under the clearing settlement should send a copy of the bank assignment(order) with a mark of bank or receipt on payment (for physical persons) by fax +7 (495) 789 87 99. The bill is directed to the customer after transferring of money to the settlement account SLR "STB-Тurs".

The accounts - invoice for hotel accommodation the participants can receive in the management of the conference during registration.

To refuse reserved numbers and receive the refund without the penal sanctions you can not later than 10 working days before arrival in the hotel.

- The theses are not reviewed and not returned. The organizing committee reserves the right of selection of materials for inclusion into the collection;

The major event of the year in stomatological Russia is held on one of the most prestigious exhibition platforms of Moscow - in expocentre "CROCUS-EXPO". Official support of the Ministry of Health of Russia and World Organization of public health Services (WHO).

For the participants, placed in hotels "Tourist", "Baikal" and " House of medical worker ", will be organized free-of-charge travel by buses up to "DENTAL-EXPO" and back.
