Since 20 till 23 September, 2005 in Moscow is held the XVIII MOSCOW INTERNATIONAL STOMATOLOGICAL FORUM, within the framework of which there will be held the X Congress of Stomatological Association of Russia, the XV All-Russia scientific - practical conference " Stomatology of the XXI century " both largest in Russia and CIS international stomatological exhibition " DENTAL-EXPO - 2005 "

CONDITIONS of PARTICIPATION in the activities of the CONFERENCE:

Registration payment for the participants of the conference (stomatologists, dentists and tooth mechanics): the members of the STAR - 500 royb.; not for the members of the STAR - 1000 roub. For the students, clinical оrdinators and post-graduate students - 100 roub.
The price of the single ticket - 300 roub.

The chiefs of symposiums are free-of-charge provided with all set of materials for the participants of the conference and right of visiting of all symposiums and exhibitions.
To the lecturers the free-of-charge participation in job of a conference without maintenance by a set of materials for the participants of the conference is provided.
At the registration it is necessary to have a copy of the payment assignment(order) and document confirming membership in the STAR.

At the registration of the payment assignments(orders) in appointment of payment it is necessary to specify: " Target financing –целевое финансирование" (participation in a conference-участие в конференции), the VAT is not taxed. At other formulation all the means will be returned to the payer.

For accommodation in hotel "RUSSIA" on favorable terms (for lower prices and without payment of cost of booking) is necessary preliminary booking of places and payment of residing under the clearing settlement through the firm”STB_TURS”

The applications for booking are necessary for directing till September 09, 2005. to the company "СТБ-ТУРС" in writing by fax (495) 789 87 99 or e-mail dasha@stbtours.ru with the indication of the name of hotel, dates of arrival/departure, surnames, quantity and names of a category of numbers(rooms), wish to feed(meal), form of payment, telephones / faxes.

Additional information you can get from Danilova Darya -phone (495) 789 87 79. Confirmation of booking of numbers(rooms) is carried out proceeding from real presence of hotel reservations on the moment of reception of the application.

The payment of reserved and confirmed numbers(rooms) is made on the basis of the bills ООО " СТБ ТУРС " under the clearing settlement within 3 days from the moment of reception, or credit map.
The participant paid bill for residing under the clearing settlement, should direct a copy of the bank assignment(order) with a mark of bank or receipt on payment (for the physical persons) by fax (495) 789 87 99. Ваbilon is directed to the customer after transferring of money resources to the settlement account ООО " СТБ ТУРС ".

The bills - invoice for hotel accommodation the participants can receive in Management of the conference during realization of the conference (20 - September 22, 2005)
To refuse reserved numbers(rooms) and receive the refund without the penal sanctions you can not later than after 5 working days before arrival to the hotel.

The participants not reserved hotel accommodations in "Russia" beforehand and not paid the residing under the clearing settlement, will be placed by organizing COMMITTEE of the CONFERENCE in hotel "Russia" or " the House of the medical worker " in cash at cost of numbers(rooms) " from the rack ", with payment of booking of number(room) (25 % from the price of number(room) per day)

The Conference and exhibition are held in expocentre "CROCUS-EXPO" to the address: 66-th km МRAR, on crossing with Volokolamsk highway.

Registration of the participants of the conference and sale of single tickets to " “CROCUS_EXPO” is held from September 20 till September 22 from 9.00.
At registration it is necessary to have a copy of the payment assignment(order) and a document confirming membership in the STAR,student's ticket etc.

WAY to the PLACE of the CONFERENCE And EXHIBITION

For the participants placed in hotels "Russia" and " House of the medical worker ", the free-of-charge fare by buses "DENTAL-EXPO" up to " CROCUS-EXPO " and back will be organized.
To hotel "Russia" the buses will be sent by 8.00 to East wing of the hotel
To " House of the medical worker " the buses will be sent by 8.30

HOW TO GET INDEPENDENTLY

- From m. "ТUSHINSKAYA" (last carrriage from the centre) free-of-charge trip by buses " DENTAL-EXPO " from 8.30 up to " CROCUS-EXPO " and back till 18.30. The buses arrive with an interval no more than 15 minutes
- Paid trip from the underground "Tushinskaya" by buses №631, №640 or routing taxi №631 up to the stop " CROCUS-CITY ".
