DEAR COLLEAGUES!
In addition to the circular of the STAR in your address about realization
in Moscow on September 20-23, 2005 the XVIII Moscow international stomatological
forum we inform, that within the program of Х Congress of Stomatological
asssosiation of Russia and of XV All-Russia scientific - practical conference
" Stomatology of the XXI century " the realization of a symposium
" Economy and book keeping in practice of Russian stomatological
organizations " is stipulated.
The realization of the given symposium is objectively caused by a more
and more obvious growing urgency both practical importance of the qualified
and operative sanction of economic and accounting problems in state, municipal
and private(individual) stomatological organizations, expediency of an
exchange of experience saved in conditions of transition of Russia to
market economy; by forthcoming re-structuring of the system of stomatological
maintenance of the population of Russian Federation; by importance of
activization of joint efforts in business of additional economic-administrative
preparation of the chiefs of stomatological organizations of high and
average ranks, creation in the structure of the STAR the appropriate section.
The given measure will be organized by АSS "UMC" Stomatology
" together with the All-Russia correspondence financial and economic
institute and Institute of the professional bookkeepers of Russia. The
chiefs of the symposium: Nikolaev К.В. - general director CAS " Stomatology
Audit ", certificated аuditor; Оbolenskaya Y.А. – a dean of faculty
of improvement of professional skill, c.e.s., senior lecturer.
All interested persons representing Russian stomatological and other medical
organizations irrespective of their legal forms, kinds of the property
and departmental accessory,belonging, representatives of establishments
of maximum, average and additional vocational training, economists from
among the scientist and practical workers are invited to the participation
in it.
Date of realization - September 21, 2005. A place of realization - conference
hall of RVFEI (Moscow, Оleko Dundich street 23).
The registration payment of the participants of the symposium is 3000
roubles and includes standard registration payments of the participants
of the Х Congress (opportunity of participation in any symposium of Congress
and conference), other superimposed expenses. To the lecturers the free-of-charge
participation in job of a conference is provided.
The registration begins on September 20 in expocentre "CROCUS-EXPO"
from 9.00 or September 21 from 9.00 in RVFEI.
At registration it is necessary to present a copy of the payment assignment(order)
and the document, proving that you are a member of the STAR and - or Institute
of the professional bookkeepers of Russia.

in a symposium), the VAT is not taxed. At other formulation of the means
will be returned to the payer.
