XVII MOSCOW INTERNATIONAL STOMATOLOGIC FORUM (25-28 April 2005)

under the umbrella of which there will be held XIV All-Russian scientific-practical conference “Actual Problems of Stomatology” and International Stomatologic Exhibition “Stomatologic Saloon - 2005”.
SYMPOSIA IN THE PROGRAMME OF THE CONFERENCE:

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE CONFERENCE:

Registration fee for participants of the conference (stomatologists, dental doctors and dental technicians) members of StAR – 500 roubles; non-members of StAR - 1000 roubles. For students, postgraduates in clinic and research fields – 100 roubles.

Price for single entry – 300 roubles.

Symposia Chairmen (Chairwomen) will receive free of charge a set of all information materials for the conference participant and the right to attend all symposia and exhibition.

Reporters will be provided with free of charge participation in the conference work (without provision of a set of all information materials for the conference).

To be registered a person must have a copy of payment and the document confirming her (his) membership in the StAR.

To the attention of managers and accountants general !

When making warrant for payment in the line of payment purpose one must indicate “Target financing (participation in conference)”, NDS is non-liable. In case of any other wording money will be sent back to payer.

It is also possible to pay registration fee by ready money in the moment of registration (receipt is provided).

RESERVATION OF HOTEL ROOMS
For reserving in the hotel “Rossia” on preferential terms (reduced price and exclusion of reservation fee) it is necessary to make preliminary reservation and cashless payment via the firm “STB-TOURS”

Orders for reservation it is necessary to send till 08 April 2005 in written form to the firm “STB-TOURS” using fax (495) 789 87 99 or e-mail: dasha@stbtours.ru with indication of the hotel name, dates of arrival and departure, persons’ names, number and class/types of necessary rooms, wishes on nutrition, forms of payment, telephones/faxes.

Information can be fo received from Darja Danilova by phone (495) 789 87 79.

Confirmation of room reservation is done starting from real place availability in the hotel chosen at the moment of order receiving.

Payment for ordered and confirmed rooms is done basing on accounts prepared by the firm “STB-TOURS” in the form of cashless payment during 3 days from receiving invoice or by any credit card.

A copy of the bank account (for non-juristic persons) with special bank mark is sent to office with the fax (495) 789 87 99. The voucher is directed to the customer after transferring money on settlement account of the firm “STB-TOURS”.

The invoice for hotel accomodation the participants can get at the registration place.

One can cancel the order for hotel rooms and receive the whole sum of money back not later than 5 working days before the start of the event.

Participants who had not ordered hotel rooms in advance and not paid for them in cashless form will be accomodated by the Conference Organizing Committee in hotel “Rossija” or “House of the Medical Worker” for cash with inclusion in the price ordering in advance (25% of the normal price of the room).

• abstract (paper) themes should correspond to discussed questions;
• - abstracts are forwarded on paper carrier, not more than 3 pages of A4 format (210x297 mm), 12 pt print, 11/2 interval (2 copies), author signature and chief’s visa, on diskette or by e-mail: stardent@yandex.ru or staru@orc.ru in any Word format (12 pt print, diskette with 1 printed copy);
• abstracts are not reviewed and returned. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to choose material for inclusion in the Collection of papers;
• dead-line for the abstracts for XIV All-Russian scientific-practical conference “Actual Problems of Stomatology” – 15 March, 2005;

The most important event of the year in stomatologic Russia will be held in the most prestige exhibition site of Moscow in exhibition campus “KROKUS-EXPO”. Official support of Ministry of Health and World Health Organization (WHO).

For the participants accommodated in hotels “Rossija” and “House of medical worker” free of charge travel will be provided on buses to “DENTAK-EXPO” and back.
Self trip:

• from Metro station ‘Planernaja’ by buses of “Dental-Expo” (free of charge) each 15 min;
• from Metro station ‘Tuschinskaja’ (first car from the center) by buses 631, 640 or van-taxi 631 to the stop “Krokus City”;
• from Metro station ‘Molodezhnaja’ by buses 10 or 10-a to the stop “Krokus City”.
